  29. In this case, if it's going to work at all, I suspect you'll have to boot
  30. with a GEOS disk that contains MountBBGRam when making your gateWay boot
  31. disk. As I recall, gateWay's support for GEORAM (thus BBGRam) was based on
  32. making your gateWay boot disk after booting with a GEORAM version of GEOS
  33. (GEOS 2.0r). If you're using a stock GEOS boot disk, then the GEOS Kernal
  34. being used to create the gateWay boot disk won't have the proper routines
  35. for accessing the BBGRam. I suspect that MountBBGRam patches these
  36. routines into the stock GEOS Kernal.

  38. This is only a suggestion, however, as we have no experience with the
  39. BBGRam or its utilities. I had heard that the utilities were written by
  40. the original author of gateWay (Paul Bosacki), but this won't necessarily
  41. guarantee successful operation with gateWay since a second author (Jim
  42. Collette) changed a lot of the original routines and methods in his
  43. rewrite of the system.
